Awful company, employee sold me a vape and didn’t have me try it and when I said “It’s okay, I’ll come back and return it if it doesn’t work I live nearby!” She told me it was all good. It doesn’t work, I come back next day and they refuse saying store policy is no. Why did your employee tell me I could and let me leave under the understanding I could? Written policies mean nothing when you tell customers something else to their faces. Edit after owners response: It’s a shame that you will take your employee’s word who told me directly to my face when she asked me if I wanted to try it and I said “that’s okay, I live nearby and can return it” and she said that works. That is telling a customer they can return it and is not upholding your store policy. So either your employee is lying to save herself or just straight up doesn’t know what she says to people. Also sad to say that I should know this because I have been buying vapes for a long time becauseI haven’t been, you people don’t know me. This was my second time coming here after multiple people told me not to because you ran a poor business and this has proven them all right. I have bought maybe 5 disposables since I’ve been of age to buy them and usually at gas stations where they have never told me to try them. Someone will take you to court for your poor businesses practices if not the bad products you sell.

Good store but never have what I want. Always gotta grab a different item than what im actually shopping for. Stock more 98mm blaze cones. Literally never have them. Being forced to smoke 1-1/4 cones is diabolical..

Dishonest company, the employees will tell you something to your face and lie about it, and then claim company policy and that they never said it at all. There’s a reason this is full of 1 and 2 Star Reviews! Rude, dishonest, and sell products that don’t work!

The workers are always helpful and know their products well. Place was clean and the worker this morning was very nice.
