Hands down the best smoke shop around! Old Town Smoke always has a great selection, fair prices, and an awesome atmosphere. The biggest reason I'll keep coming back is the customer service. Huge shoutout to Drew and Don—they're both absolutely badass! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to make sure you find exactly what you're looking for without ever making you feel rushed. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. If you're looking for a smoke shop with great products and even better people, Old Town Smoke is the place to go. Highly recommend! -Alyssa 🩵 you guys!!!!

My husband and I come here regularly, and the customer service is incredible. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. We especially appreciate how they remember the vape flavors we’ve tried before. It really makes us feel valued and shows that they genuinely pay attention to their customers. Their reward program allows us to earn points and save money.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They know their products very well and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Highly recommend!
