I had an excellent experience at RedStar Scottsdale! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Zane went above and beyond to help me with questions about the batteries for my vape mod. He took the time to explain the differences, made sure I understood which batteries were the right fit for my device, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I ended up picking up a set of Hohm Tech HΩ Life 18650 batteries, a pack of GeekVape Z Series 0.2Ω coils, and a bottle of Icy Blue Razz e-liquid. Thanks to Zane’s knowledge and recommendations, I left confident that I had exactly what I needed. Zane was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with the right products. It’s refreshing to find someone who knows the products so well and provides that level of customer service. I’ll definitely be returning to RedStar Scottsdale for all of my vaping needs, and I highly recommend asking for Zane if you stop by. Thanks again for an amazing experience!
