I visited Coughing Canary two days ago and was blown away by both the massive product selection and outstanding customer service. Angelica, who's been with the shop for years, provided exactly the kind of knowledgeable, no-pressure experience you hope for but rarely find. What impressed me most was her expertise - there wasn't a single product or question she couldn't handle with confidence. She took time to understand what I was looking for, explained different options without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to care that I found the right fit. Her friendly, personable approach made browsing comfortable and informative. The shop itself has an impressive inventory covering everything you'd expect from a quality head shop. The variety is extensive, products are well-organized, and most items appear to be high quality merchandise. Pricing is competitive on many items, though some products run on the pricier side - but you're generally paying for quality here. It's clear they've curated their selection thoughtfully rather than just stocking cheap alternatives. For anyone in Scottsdale looking for smoking accessories or head shop products, this is definitely worth the visit. The combination of knowledgeable staff like Angelica and comprehensive selection makes it stand out from other shops in the area. I'll definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

This is the best smoke shop in the county! ALL of the workers are pleasant and helpful. BEST PRICES IN THE COUNTY!!! For cigarettes, cigars, wraps, cones, ect.....SHOP HERE!!! Pass by the place you usually go to and check out Coughing Canary. I am not an employee and the only business I have with them is repeat business because I wont stop buying from them. 5 stars is a disservice. This place is a 10
