I’ve been around vaping since the building-your-own-coil days, so I know a good shop when I see one. Red Star Vapor & Smoke is legit. From the first time I came in, the experience was great. The staff treated me right, knew their products, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Great selection, fair prices, and real customer service , not that rushed, pushy vibe you get at some places. I’ve been to plenty of vape shops over the years, and this one stands out. Red Star Vapor & Smoke is definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Great people, great shop, great experience. 5 stars all day.

My boyfriend and I love this vape store. Cerena and Josh are always so kind and helpful! I always leave the store with a smile on my face when they are working. I also love the expansive selection of different products and flavors especially for Geek Bars and Foggers. They also have a wonderful rewards system. The rewards add up fast and I get discounts on my purchases regularly. Could not recommend them enough!

I used to loathe Red Star when vaping first started becoming popular years ago due to their prices but after an amazing visit at the Flagstaff location and now at this location, I can safely say I am now a fan! Both visits, I was greeted with enthusiasm and the staff are very knowledgeable with their products. They have house flavors that are very reasonably priced for disposables and the brand products they have are well matched in price as well as variety of flavors. They have a loyalty program as well that helps with getting discounts to make it even better. The stores are very stocked and definitely OCD friendly in terms of placement and cleanliness. They've definitely changed since the early days of vaping ~10 years ago and I'm definitely going to be coming back!

Love this smoke shop, they have a very large selection. Alex and Cerena are always extremely kind, welcoming and helpful! I really do hope they can get the Pod Juice Jewel Tobacco in 35mg strength, the 55mg is just much too strong for me and I cannot find it anywhere!
