5 stars! I buy my kratom from this store and have on and off for a few years. I use to live in Tempe and it was much cheaper, but in Surprise they at least have competitive pricing. Nice guys working, good product. This doesn’t change my opinion as it’s not their fault, but I had bought 6 focus and flow and 2 were no good $10 bucks each! (very unusual for this brand). A guy I rarely see working said it was too bad, we don’t do returns. This is common with vape shops and it’s a shitty attitude to have. That has been my only complaint in a few years.

The customer service at this smoke shop is always consistent and excellent. The associates that work here are clean and well spoken. The inside of the store is very well organized and clean. This smoke shop offers an excellent variety of products for tobacco smokers.
