LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I just moved from Washington state after 50 years and had a smoke shop my house and loved that one and didnt think I would find one I liked more, until I came into SURPRISE SMOKE&VAPE. The owner/manager is AMAZING, extremely attentive. I asked about a product and if they had it, and he said no. Instead of just leaving it at that, he offered to order and get it in for me and did!! THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here. Its also very clean and organized. LOVED the fact the workers also immediately acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. Its not the annoying type where some places its overbearing and feels as if the workers are forced to do it. Here, you can tell theyre genuinely warm and welcoming. If the 5 stars went into the negative, I would definitely give this place a -5 rating. My sister told me about a sale they were having, so I went over to check them out. I got home and realized that both bottles of vape juice that I purchased were expired, which isn’t that uncommon. So I went in the next day assuming it would be handled like every other vape shop I’ve ever been to that sold me expired juice. As a bonus, the guy working was the same guy that sold it to me the night before so it seemed like it was going to be a no-brainer. Not so much. Long story short: he was irate and verbally abusive. I presented the situation and he just pushed back. I showed him the date on the bottle and he tried to tell me that “BB” (which preceded the only date on the box/bottle) was a manufacturer code. He insisted and told me to google it. I barely used a tank of the juice and the other bottle was unopened. He just stood his ground and refused to exchange them, clearly growing more upset and raising his voice. So I started to leave leaving both of the bottles on the counter and he just kept yelling at me. Terrifying. Please note: I go out of my way to give feedback when the experience is good. I rarely even consider giving anyone a one star because I know it hurts their rating. Small business or not, Being yelled at is unacceptable. Especially when they took my money and kept the product. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he sells the juice that was still unopened. :(

I called him to ask him how much is quick fix and they didn’t wanna tell me because it didn’t wanna discuss it over the phone. How do they expect to make money and business and get people in when they can’t even discuss a price over the phone it’s ridiculous. I feel like they be changing their price on people.

Awesome shop. Folks are super polite and helpful everything. Been going here for just over a year. I stop in every weekend to grab juice and stuff. Always super cool, and always have what I need. I get the same 2 juices every week, and they make sure they are in stock for me.

Amazing, they used to be over by the horse track and my mother would always get her cigarettes there. They were very kind to her. Now they’re over here on my side of town and they’re who I trust for top quality on all my smoking needs.
