Convenient location tho I would suggest a couple signs up in the surrounding area to let ppl know there's a smoke shop around. I'm sure they would benefit from doing so. I really great customer service.

I came here on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and bought a $20 torch that I've wanted for awhile and was super excited about. I took it home and tried to lite it and on the highest setting possible the flame couldn't even light an incense stick. I came back today the day after Thanksgiving to see if they could exchange it for me. I showed her what was wrong with it and when I had been there. She says you were here on Wednesday I said yes. Not sure why she even asked because she then tells me that they don't do any returns or exchanges. Now I see why they have a 3.7 rating. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to waste your money on items that don't work and they won't exchange. Customer service and a little decency goes a long way when you have a business. It could make the difference in a person going out of their way to go there to spend their money and never returning.

Received amazing customer service very Friendly Smiles. Recommend anyone this place great prices

They have stale products on their shelf they sell and won't refund you. Go to the gas station on the corner before wasting your money here

This is one of the best smoke shops that I have seen in a long time. They have the best prices. period. They carry everything that I need. They have the tobacco bags and tubes that I need at the best prices. I have friends who like to smoke hookah and they have the best variety and even better prices that I have seen in a long time. At any given time they have more than 300 hookahs to choose from. I would never go anywhere else and pay the high prices for the same stuff I can buy at Smoke World at very reasonable prices. The people who work there are very helpful. I especially liked Dave who is the manager at the store. He listens to you and gets what you want at the best possible prices.
