I was very displeased with the customer service from 20 something year old guy. He was not friendly at all. I told him we just moved here and that you all would probably be our go to store. He didn't even respond. He acted disinterested in helping me. I only got coils and immediately left.

The people here are very friendly and very tentative to anything you ask. The guy that runs the store his name is Connor he's such a swell dude never in a bad mood you can talk to him for an hour straight and he'll help you with anything you need. Also they have a vast variety of scented candles and incense and scented sprays.

Shop doesnt honor or follow its exchange policy. Apparently the pods that come with the device kits you purchase, arent a part of the device, so you cant exchange any faulty pods. Especially to have an issue after picking this device based off recommendation from the same store. Yikes. Also this store specifically has new employees on a week to week basis who seem to not know much because every answer to any question is "uhhhh"

Would give zero star if could. Went in asked for a certain pod and the guy gave me the wrong ones. I did not realize they were the wrong ones until I got into my vehicle. Went back into the store and the guy would not give me a refund or exchange. Will not be coming back!

Just bought a foger vape from this location about 2 days ago usually have nothing going on with them and this battery has been acting up and won’t hold its charge and I have barley hit on my vape and the juice has been leaking I am now currently at half full when I’ve only hit it just a couple of times! Was told by a store clerk that since it is a mod/disposable I am able to return it within 14 days and when I called up there today I was told i can’t get a refund or a switched vape due to it being past 24 hours.
