This place has the best customer service of any shops around here. The store manager went above and beyond to help with a warranty replacement of a brand new Aegis that decided to just stop working for new reason. I stopped going to my regular and instead started buying from this shop. Great management!

I just bought my first personal mod there and Dalton was extremely helpful! He was super polite and answered every question I had. He helped me set up my device and taught me how to do everything. He also gave me recommendations for upkeep and replacing things like coils. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

The one on North Thompson in Springdale, AR has amazing customer service. There is a woman there that is great and very bubbly and it was long enough ago I can't remember her name, but we saw Chris yesterday and he really knew the product and took the time to tell us his honest (and correct!) opinion on it. I hope both of their great employees stay forever!
