I giving them a 2 because I have only had problems with their product this one time so product is good. However, customer service is horrible at this store! I can't say anything good about the manager at all! He is rude and acts like he is perfect and the customer is benieth him. I am an almost 63 year old female and trust me, I know rude and someone who acts entitled. The other two stores in Springdale are 5 outta 5 and they will both take excellent care of you if something goes wrong. You can go to them but DON'T go to this one!

You dont want their vapes they constantly leak n when you go in to exchange it the say they can't after being told if it leaked alot to come back up here brought the receipt only got the vape 24 hours ago I recommend going somewhere else for vapes never choose vapor maven you be unsatisfied with the business they conduct n the products they sale

I have to admit, new to all of this! Luckily this company has the perfect employee, Destiny! Honestly I need to say no more than Flawless! Beautiful and could have sold me anything in the store her personality was off the charts! Without a doubt underpaid! Thank you so much Destiny!

If yall have a no phone call policy it should be enforced across the board. Its not.

Great employees! The guy who helped me out today was very knowledgeable and made sure I was getting the right product. He took the time to explain everything I was getting and never made me feel dumb for not knowing something. The store has a very relaxed but professional vibe. I drive by two other VMs to get there but it's honestly worth it to go to this location.
