Bought a hot knife and it was defective, I called and guy basically told me it was my problem for buying a bad battery and wouldn't replace or reimburse me for it. Never coming here again I suggest you don't come here either.

First time customer and over all perfect experience Mr.T was super knowledgeable about products helped me the whole time with a smile super friendly great person to chat with and super funny. Would definitely recommend dropping in and checking them out. Definitely coming back new favorite shop
I gave one star because I have to and because the aesthetic of the store. Cigarette World might have a lot of stock and a visually appealing, clean store, but that’s where the positives end. The employee I encountered on both of my visits was an absolute nightmare. The first time I went in, I asked a simple, innocent question and was mocked. Other people in the store even laughed. I didn’t think much of it at first, but it was unprofessional and unnecessary. I didn’t realize it wasn’t someone just poking fun, that this guy is truly just not a good dude. I was confused about them selling weed in the store. I thought only dispensaries could. I gave up smoking a decade ago and I’m not up to date on the laws anymore. The employee basically made a joke at my expense about how of course it’s not legal and how it’s stupid of me to not know that… but why would I think a business would openly sell something that could get it shut down immediately and put them in jail possibly? I don’t think I’m the stupid one here. The second visit was even worse. My friend wanted to inspect an expensive piece in a locked case before buying it. He wasn’t insisting on handling it or anything, he just wanted a closer look and to ask about some features he hoped it had. The store was empty except for us, yet the guy acted hostile, impatient, and incredibly disrespectful. He made it clear he didn’t want to help and rushed my friend as if he were inconveniencing him, even though my friend hadn’t done anything wrong. I had planned to make a purchase myself but immediately decided against asking for help, there was no way I wanted to deal with that hostility. My friend ended up buying the piece, which felt ridiculous because why support a business with staff like this? On top of that, everything is outrageously overpriced compared to other stores with similar or better items. The store looks nice, but the staff couldn’t be more misaligned with the aesthetic if they tried. This employee is costing the owner sales, and until they get someone who actually respects customers, I wouldn’t step foot in this place again. I hope others stay away as well! The smoke shop on Airport in Oildale, by Norris Rd. and across from the 7 Eleven is a better choice. Always very kind, they have a great selection, even though they’re smaller and you can’t beat the prices! It’s insanely cheap for really cool stuff.
Wow, I went in because I was waiting for my appointment next door, so I was going to kill some time. I had never been in before, and they do have lots to look at, so that's what I was doing: LOOKING! Then this guy walks over to me and asks if I need help. I said no at first because I was looking, but he was just standing there, staring at me. So then I saw some lip rings, and I said, "Yeah, since you are here, I will go ahead and get a few lip rings." He asked me which ones, and I was showing him, and that's when he said, "I will grab them," so I backed up and let him grab them. After he grabbed them, he asked me if I was done. I said no and said I was still looking and continued to look. He then came back and was just staring at me. (It made me feel like he wanted me to leave or he thought I was going to steal; I don't know, just super weird). He has this really unique clothing line in his store, and so I asked if it was local. He said no very aggressively, and it was so rude again. I then asked him about this 49ers shirt, if he could order a size for me because I really wanted it for my daughter. In fact, I wanted a few things from there for her, but to be honest, I will never go back. That was absolutely 💯 uncomfortable because of the way he was acting and treating me. I was going to drop like $375 today, but he didn't even want me there. His loss!
Great selection, helpful, friendly staff, nothing but good to say about the entire experience. Idk who the weird/strange/angry guy mentioned in most of the negative comments is, but it wasn't Ian, the man I bought a torch lighter from today
