Had to get cigars for a birthday (real cigars not to cut open) they had a nice walk in humidor and large selection of different size, colors and types. We were looking for nice cigars but not 50 dollar ones. So we asked the clerk and he was very happy to help and take the time to explain what we needed to know. By the way they also cary the ones to cut open.

Great place to buy cheap smokes in the checkout guy was very cordial, he did ask for ideas I’ve never been in there before, and although I have lots of tattoos, he was very surprised when he found out that I am 29 years old, he says you look really really young. The older I get the more I enjoy hearing that, very good experience though and simply buying cigarettes it’s the small complements that make your day.

I come in all the time, they're polite, they're very straight forward and too the point. They're straight shooters so don't expect hipsters high on their own product with a gaping smile when walking in. They're not experts on all the vast amounts of products they sell, so go in knowing exactly what you want. It's not expressly a vape shop so don't expect vape experts, and so on and so forth.

This place has excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. They have great prices as well. Very happy with my service here. Will be coming back here for sure!

I just got out of there trying to replace a battery that I bought for $15 (too high for shops around here but that's regardless). The battery he sold me came with the assurance from the teller that it's continuous amps were the same with which I had been using (An Imren 3500MAH 18650). I brought it back with my mod to show him a big dip in performance with the battery after having fully charged it. Like half the watts of difference. And he almost took it personal and threw a new battery on the counter like I offended him. He told that nothing is wrong with the battery but that he would replace it just once. It's not my fault the battery has different specs than he told me it had. (the brand was Kamry so if you must go in there, which I advise against, don't buy that brand battery). I'm going back to another place even though it's further out of the way for me. I did not appreciate his lack of knowledge on batteries as well as people skills.
