If I could do no stars, I would. This place has SCAM vibes. I placed my order about a week ago. I received an email confirmation that the order was placed and paid for and an estimated delivery date. Today, out of nowhere, I receive a text from some guy named Sam, saying I need to call him by 7pm about my order. It is VERY unusual to get a text from an online vape store. I have ordered many times from other places and never been texted or called before. I asked Sam what was going on with my order. He told me it was good to go but I needed to call him to "finalize" some things. I asked him what needed to be finalized as I already received confirmation and paid over a week ago. He responded by saying "No worries Thank You" I then instantly received an email saying my whole order was CANCELLED. I texted him back and asked what was going on with my order since I got that email. He responded with "I’m here til 5pm Call me at your earliest convenience." I then told him I was not going to call him and that this was very unusual. I also mentioned that he previously had said 7pm and now is changing it to 5pm, to which he responded "Have it your way and have a great day Thanks". When I told him I would be reporting him and the business to the BBB, he said "Your order was cancelled and you declined to go over it. Not sure why you’re upset." Then he went on to say he can still have the order delivered tomorrow. He refused to text me what the issue with my order was and was somehow now able to get my order to me without "finalizing" some unknown issue. Please be aware of this company!

Absolutely horrible! I talked to the guy or lady over text was told they had an vape I was looking for and I asked if I could come and purchase it which he replied “Sure” so I spend 24 dollars on a Lyft to them only for him to tell me he only has one flavor and no other vapes…….and I can’t buy from them after all in person. So I tried online and all my orders get canceled. So guess what I spent another 24 dollars back home and I threw away money for no reason. Buyer beware

1 word, shady!! It’s been almost a week since I placed a $100 order with no confirmation email as they stated I should get promptly and it would take 3 -7 business days to get to me so I text the # given at the bottom of site, no response so I call & get a “can I call u later?” 😳🤔🤨 Say what?? Isn’t this a business?? No call back so I text asking for refund and get an immediate response, hey what do u know, the guys available to text but not to take calls? 🤨 He says that my orders cancelled & charges should be dropped in 24 hrs so that’s my experience, save yourself the trouble

First time in the store today and was very impressed. It was also a pleasure meeting Sam. He came off as a friend and was very helpful. Ejuice Overstock is definitely my go to from now on.
