I’d give ZERO stars if I could. I was charged twice for the same purchase of almost $300!!! I called my bank and they said go to the store. I went to the store. Showed them my online account, spent almost THREE HOURS there. I heard the co. that runs their credit card POS tell them I was charged twice and that they owed me a refund. The owner refused to give it. I am a local and I’m telling YOU, DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! I WILL GET SATISFACTION AND I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME. WHAT A CRAP BUSINESS!! And if you’ve shopped there lately check to make sure you weren’t also charged twice bc I think this is an on going scam!

Visiting from out of town stopped in to pick up a cigar. Purchased a Kuba Kuba which normally runs about $13 they charged $19 for it. I asked if I could borrow their cutter to snip the end they said they don't have any of those available for customer use and I would have to buy a cheap plastic one for $5. Terrible customer service I will never stop in there again

The only Smoke Shop in town offers a decent selection of pretty much all that one would expect to find at a Smoke Shop. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented; when he is there, the shopping experience is fantastic. The only downside is when the owner is not working. I've only had experiences with one other employee (a young man with long hair). While he is friendly, he has little to no knowledge of any of the products they sell, and seems to be "half-baked" everytime I see him. He literally burned himself while attempting to demonstrate a torch lighter, he unknowingly lit it upside down. Also he responds with "I don't know" or "I've never heard of that" far too often for even very common brands and products. If you are going for more than just a pack of smokes, wait until the owner is in.

Joe is the best clerk ever. He made us so comfortable there I look at him like family. He knows the product and answers all questions and if he does not know the answer, I guarantee he will have your answer the next time you go there. Even if I dont need anything I will stop by when I'm in town just to say hi. GREAT PLACE!!

They are the best! The two guys I’ve seen in there figured out being friendly and helpful is a cool thing to do when you run a store.
