Absolutely amazing experience at Octopuffs Tobacco & Cigars! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Huge selection of premium cigars, tobacco products, and accessories at great prices. The atmosphere is clean, classy, and relaxing. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. Definitely one of the best tobacco shops I’ve visited — highly recommended!

Sold me a battery that broke after a couple months, then refused an exchange. Told me that it should only last a few months anyway. Wow, had I known that I would have just kept using my 6 year old one. Don't waste your time and money here

Octopuffs is my goto shop for vapes and water pipes. Whenever I go in, staff is always so friendly and helpful, always giving great suggestions. Their inventory of vapes is always the up to date and top of the line. Elias was wonderful today, as he always is, and he was quick, attentive, and efficient! 10/10 going back again, fantastic establishment.
