The owner charged me twice on transaction carton of smokes 135.00 said internet slow so ran card twice. Next day I have 2 charges 135.00x 2. I go to store to resolve .mistake he tells me he has to look at camera to see if someone behind me had the same charge 2 min later. Both charges are on my card! Crook! Beware! I went to my bank they said he had double charged me and will correct it. Crook!!

I strongly do not recommend this store. The goods here are not of high quality and the seller is not honest. I bought a vape from them, and three days later it started to pass the oil and the battery circuited. I couldn't use it even by 5%. I brought it to the seller, I recognized it, it was the same seller. I showed him a video that I shot on the eve, when all this happened, it was clear that the vape spontaneously turns on and hisses. To which the seller said that this is not his product and they do not have one at all. To which I showed the goods in the window and showed the receipt for the purchase. Only after that he recognized his product, but did not want to change it. He said that he would send it for examination, took the vape and did not even give me any receipts that I returned the goods.

This is one of the best stocked smoke shops I have ever seen! They cater to tobacco users, cannabis users and Vapes, all in one place. I wanted to spend some time looking around but I was in a hurry. I can't wait to return.

They have everything you need and the staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable.. highly recommended this spot

The guy that helped me was extremely informative. They did not have what I was looking for, but because of him I walked out with something better. Great smoke shop in Elk Grove.
