I bought a blue torch from here very nice and cute, when I got home it did not work, it was on me I guess because I did not check if it worked before hand when I took it however when I brought it back and asked for an exchange he said they don’t do returns and he could only give me a discount for a new one. The lighter was not operable from the second I got home with it. Terrible customer service and I’m very disappointed. I’ve recommended people to this smoke shop before they have really cool stuff! Do not shop here they will steal your money and sell you broken products. Will not be returning to this smoke shop ever again. I have never ran into an issue like this. Shop owners are usually very helpful and willing to help resolve an issue but not this place he does not care. Just wants to take your money.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 VERY DISAPPOINTED I wish I could give a zero star review but google made me give at least 1. Do as you please with this info. Do not get ripped off.

This place is always closed and they always put a sign on the door. That’s absolutely wrong. The time is an hour ago and there’s been like five people that have come up here since I’ve been here . One thing I can’t stand is a business that acts like they don’t want to make money. Close your freaking store then so people can go somewhere where people care about service and their customers

Great selection, even better customer service. The lady was really nice and helped me find the stuff I was looking for. Didn’t make me feel pressured into buying like other places would. 10/10 love this smoke shop will keep coming back!

Store looks nice. But they don’t care the Fogger Switch refills. And they didn’t try to sell me something else.

They have just about everything you could possibly want from a smoke/vape shop. However, they do not have a good selection of vape juice. They only sell tobacco flavor and "clear" flavor, and they have very few brands to choose from. I went here for kratom, which they have a great selection of, and most of it is reasonably priced. The employee was quite knowledgeable about their kratom selection and quite helpful. He did seem a bit impatient overall, so I tried to get what I wanted quickly and not ask too many questions. That said, I will return to Mega for my kratom needs.
