I went to this shop to buy a nicotine vape. Asked specifically for a nic vape, but instead unknowingly walked out with one that instead contains Mentatine - a synthetic nicotine replacement. Yeah it's legal, but it's not what I wanted. Why the state of CA would decide to make this legal is beyond me. It is known to have serious side effects - like nausea and feeling dizzy. Both of which I experienced quite intensely this morning. I doubt I will ever go here again.

Rip off. Bought a defective product, asked for a refund or exchange and was flat out denied. They said this is their policy on all products. This feels illegal. In the end, theyve lost more business than they would have had from me by not just doing whats right. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAM ARTISTS.

I used to go to another smoke shop when I first moved out here from CO. I hated their customer service. This place is the best!! Everyone is always friendly and willing to help out, especially those who treat them nicely. I couldn't have asked for a better smoke shop here in Elk Grove. I love that all the guys are super knowledgeable about the vapes too! Seriously, you can't go wrong with this store❤❤❤

Great Shop. Iv been a customer of this shop since I turned 18... I'm 25 years old now. This shop never disappoints in terms of customer service and glass prices. For example, I paid 60 dollars for a bong identical to one I almost bought at Illusion Smoke Shop down the road for 100 dollars but decided to look at Cigarette City first and I'm glad I did.
