They had what I needed which was a propane for my camp stove but the next day when I set my husband to get one the man was very rude and told him that they didn't have any or maybe he didn't understand him I don't know so I went back and a lady maybe his wife was there and she was very rude didn't even want to sell me the the camp stove propane when I explained to her that my husband had just came in here and told me that you guys didn't have it so I'm very mixed on this smoke shop

I bought four vape pens in this store, all of them broke within the first 3 days. Bought an exact pen at another store CHEAPER and it hasn't had a problem. When I confronted the store days after the fourth pen I purchased there broke, they gave me the most Terrible customer service and I received no compensation. Be smart and buy elsewhere you've been warned.

I went with my husband to get vape juice. The employee finished up with a customer before us, he took awhile to acknowledge that we were waiting and without saying “hi what can I get for you” the first thing he said was “put your mask on” very rudely to my husband. Every time I go here they never have the product I need and then to add the horrible customer service on top of that, I will never go here again. Sorry you hate your job bro, probably shouldn’t work customer service if you’re a miserable b****. Go to daddy’s smoke shop in Fontana, they are super chill and aren’t mask nazis
