Out of all of the dispensary’s Ive been too here, this is my favorite dispensary in Fresno! :)) and the only one I spend my money at now. The budtenders are always very friendly and helpful. - Celly is so cool, knowledgeable & very kind!! Since my first visit, he always makes my visits more comfortable by conversating genuinely. And im a very anxious person, especially when im alone in public, so i appreciate the comforting customer service! I don’t think he deserves the negative review previously, so i have to make note of my experience being helped by him as well! Which is very often. But all staff has had great customer service overall, from security, to check-in & check-out. They also have the best prices & brands! And I love that tax is already included in the pricing so the prices listed are out the door prices. The rosin section is my go-to and I’m a connoisseur.. so I’m very picky, and this shop has so many great options, especially when they restock!

I’ve visited Banyan Tree 3x now, and every experience has been excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their prices are the best I’ve seen, and taxes are already included so there’s no guessing game at checkout. Their website is also accurate and up to date, which makes ordering easy. I was so impressed after my first visit that I came back the same day with my sister - I wanted to spread the word lol. Great customer service and a great overall experience every time. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This business is so unprofessional. First of all, one of their regulars and another client almost got into a fight in line. Second of all, I tried to bring my support animal in and they denied me with major attitude and all I was trying to do was buy a gift card. I guess the owner waved me off as if I wasn't a value customer in the store. My dog is literally 8 pounds.And I was holding him\nAnd they made it a big deal like he was gonna go in and attack somebody. I will make sure to never shop there again.And also in for my friends , to never shop there. There are too many cannabis stores to have to do with that one. They don't have any good products anyway. I recommend higher level.They are nice , informative , helpful and they allow my pet and give him treats when I come in.

I get called to the counter and the lady helping me straight up leaves and starts doing online orders and no one came to help me. I had to stand back in line and wait all over again, no one apologized or made my experience any better. Never going back to this place

Best Dispensary of 2026. Staff is amazing. All the vibes! And prices are fair. And there is no guess work. They are fully transparent about the card fees. Some dispensaries charger $6+ then you're hit with an additional fee later! I travel for Banyan tree. I have a dispensary a mile away from my house and I still make the 2 hour trip to Banyan Tree. Keep up the great work guys! I'll see you soon!
