I've gone to many dispensaries in town and going used to feel like an inconvenience until I found this place. It's always so relaxed, clean and the vibe is always very great. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. Absolutely the best dispensary in town. I love it. If you have any questions Kalem is always there to help. Stephanie helped me out today and just like all other staff members she was incredibly friendly. Even the man who checked me in (Leo) was very nice and will make ya feel welcomed. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The budtenders are super chill, really knowledgeable, the prices, and selection are fantastic. They are also dog friendly or at least not dog unfriendly.

Although the store and the products are great 2 stars because of the bad customer service. From what made it even worse the manager kalem, he bullied me all the way out the door. He has some type of gear to be Very aggressive, prob because he's over 6 ft tall. then when I tried to file a complaint he came out stood over me to intimidate me even more then tried to get the Security guy to hurt me, telling him to get me out of here, I am a disabled veteran and The security was very level headed deescalated very well, just by listening. I've been coming here since there grand opening and never been so scared and intimidated. Wow I was forced to pay for something I didn't order or wanted, then he wouldn't give it me once he enforced that there are no refunds even tho he never showed me the product till after he took my money. The whole time I was in there he was verbal and aggressive with his behavior. Since he won, he kicked me out so I couldn't get a hold of the owner. I have to let everybody else know on Google. the place is great, but be careful with this guy very aggressive trying to take your money or your weed make you walk at the store mad. Fresno is already dangerous enough Took it to one star and I will never go back There is a better place down the street and I encourage all veterans to go Now this guy is calling me liar

Stephanie and Kalem are 2 of the nicest people!!! They take customer service to a whole different level. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable!! I'll be back.

Great friendly staff. Will never forget the first time I came in. Everyone helped me find the cart and batteries within my budget. Haven’t been anywhere else since then. Thanks guys!
