You can see the energy shift when they changed management. Like someone took the soul out of the building. It was also better when I can see what you guys offered online before going into the store. Was also way more convenient when you could pay with card. It’s 2026. If I wanna do cash only I’ll hit up the guy selling out of his house.

I had a great experience at the station, the staff was really helpful even while only having a few people. Jackie walked me through their sales and pen options and was very attentive to my wants of a pen without additives. Overall, they made me feel really welcome. Will be coming back!

Very polite and helpful very insightful on their products. The prices are great. Plus the deals they have everyday just look and ask. Two of the best ppl I know there is Kyle he loves pinkish colors 😊 Frisco will tell you like it is. Both are awesome guys. Thank you the station for understanding my personal needs.

Wasted my time placing an order online. Get to the store and they refused to honor the pricing because a change of management? Also apparently no sales now. Ridiculous. If I’m able to place an order for it then they shouldn’t honor it. Apparently new management sucks. Will not return

As a first-time customer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jacob was absolutely amazing, he listened to what I was looking for, guided me in the right direction, and even showed me products that weren’t on the shelves. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The selection here is in a league of its own. You can tell they take pride in what they carry. The gentleman who checked us out was extremely kind as well, which made the entire visit feel welcoming from start to finish. All in all, 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back.
