Older female not very welcoming or helpful. Seemed like it bothered her that I walked into the store 10 minutes before closing time. I asked her if they carried cigars and she answered no. I decided to look around for a minute since I had never been in there. She kept repeating “we don’t have any”. I asked her are you closing soon? She responded “yes in a few minutes” I told her it seems like you don’t want me in here and she stayed quite. She is unfriendly and lacks customer service skills!

I always get good customer service there the employee there Raul he is such a fun person he plays his music and then I tell him where's the Cumbia music and he'll put it on and I'll get to dancing. I can always find what I need there I had a certain kind of drink one day and I told him about it and he ordered a couple cases so they would be there for me if I wanted some and I like that.

Took a friend there. He says they have good prices but among everything else it's clean the people are very very nice

This store is open later than most stores selling tobacco products in Gilroy. They aren't as fully stocked as just a tobacco store might be but they have most of what you might want
