This is the BEST smoke shop. The staff here is amazing. They are friendly, helpful and more than willing to walk a customer through the wide-ranging selection of products. The service is substantial, Great prices too. This will become my favorite smoke shop. The store is so clean and organized as well !!!Five stars!!! 😍

Absolutely love this place! This smoke shop is hands down one of the best I’ve been to. The vibe is welcoming, the selection is solid from glass pieces to vapes to rolling essentials and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they really care about their customers and know their stuff. They even have a cigar room, which is such a nice touch and sets them apart from the rest.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i went to this smoke shop when i visited laguna beach and when i got inside to buy a vape, i was asking questions about what flavor i should get. then the man at the front went for the mexican mango foger kit and i kid you not when i say that the vape, when i opened it in my car, it filled my car up with a stench so disgusting that i had to go back to the place to see if i could get it returned/traded for a different one. unfortunately for me, the same guy (when i went back there) when i first got the mango flavor, he didnt say if i could try it in store or not so i just had no idea. BUT when i got back to the vape shop and expressed my feelings about the vape, he just could not understand what i was trying to say and kept hitting the vape and blowing the smoke *in my face* just to try to smell it. in the end, i had to pay for ANOTHER vape, like the vape kit itself, JUST to be satisfied. 10/10 would NOT recommend!! update: On the phone I kept on mentioning the SMELL and I think the lady I spoke to on the phone said she was having a hard time hearing me, but even after she said that and I repeated myself saying it was only the smell and it was disgusting she said oh so it’s the smell and then proceeded to say if I go back they’ll give me a new one, and I first called saying I know you might not be able to do anything and i wanted to call first so I didn’t have to walk back. I was pretty upset when I got in there and what was said over the phone was not the same conversation as when i went back into the vape shop…

Glad to have found this place. So close to my home and it’s a new go to for my family who are all into smoking. Absolutely love this place! The customer service is friendly and the staff are knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of everything. I like that they ask you good questions to help you come to a choice! Thank you

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this new smoke shop in Laguna Beach was frustrating enough to warrant one. I purchased two vapes at a steep $40 each—definitely overpriced, but I gave it a shot as the shop is brand new. Before leaving, I did a quick check to make sure the devices didn’t autofire. Everything seemed fine. However, within minutes of actually using one, it started overheating and showed clear signs of burning out. I immediately returned—less than 10 minutes later—to let them know the device was defective. What happened next was unacceptable. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the cashier told me there was nothing they could do. I explained that the vape was burning and unsafe to use, and his only suggestion was to try hitting it again. Against my better judgment, I did—and ended up burning my throat and coughing badly. He then called the owner, who refused to replace the item and only offered a small discount. As a compromise, I even offered to buy some cigars if they’d be willing to work with me. That was also denied. This is the kind of customer service that kills businesses before they even start. I left the shop feeling ripped off and disrespected. If you’re expecting even the bare minimum of decency or accountability—look elsewhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they learn how to treat paying customers.
