Ay ole girl the new one they hired couple months ago is HELLA rude. I always come here buy a vape, tip the person working and leave my trash in the counter like I do in 1,000’s of vape shops. Always better left on counter than on the ground in front of the establishment. This girl sees my trash on counter mind you after I tipped her. And she makes some big deal that I’m leaving trash on counter. Uhm sweetie that’s your job to throw away customers trash from items bought in store. It’s not my fault your work ethic is so bad. This girl is so incredibly rude. A place like this could easily do 5K a day in sales but with workers like that I bet they can’t even hit 2K. She’s definitely the reason people don’t return. Chubby dude always working is nice otherwise

On top of being 2 hours late opening, I came back a second time when they finally opened only because I live up the street. Usually get Hemparillo wraps 4 for $1, I guess they recently changed the price to $4, I asked was the price accurate and both the owner and the sales associate was super rude and nonchalant about it like they were doing me a favor lol. I’ll never shop here again and I live right across the street. Don’t take advantage of people because I’m actually a medical Marijuana patient, everyone doesn’t smoke for fun or to look cool. Work on your customer service. He offered me an additional pack towards the end but not worth hassle. There’s other smoke shops around, find one who actually has respect for clients.

I purchased 3 vapes from the store. One of them doesn't work(defective) and leaks from opening the package. The worker also accused of us (3 friends) stealing a vape when we clearly purchased 7. It was very offensive and the worker doesn't know how to count 7 items. He seemed high or very confused and aggressive. I don't recommend this type of business at all cost. Stay away, there are tons nearby you can go.

Been coming here for over 2 years now and still my go to for any of my smokin needs when I’m in DTLA! Looovvee this shop! I come here every week after work to grab any of my rolling needs! They have an amazing section of tobacco and non-tobacco wraps, lots of different brands and flavors! They also have like all the RAW brand rolling items. Cute accessories and pieces as well! Customer service is really awesome too! I’m always given great suggestions to get and treated with great respects. Great vibes overall! I strongly recommend and believe wether you’re in a hurry or wanna grab a cute gift this is the smoke shop to visit in dtla 🔥🔥
