The owner is a very kind and honest man and if I have issues with a product (which is rare) he makes it right for me. The other 2 guys are nice as well and I frequent this shop multiple times a week for the past few years and have developed a good relationship with them. Prices are good too. Get your smoke and snacks in one stop.

So I have lived in this area 3.5 years and always had a good experience with the staff at this store They have always been pleasant and helpful. Today however that changed ….they have some new kid working in there and he was anything BUT pleasant and helpful. He was rude. He was not friendly AND he lied. He tried to say the the store had stopped using EBT over six months ago. Which I knew was a lie because I’ve been in there and used it recently and there’s a big sign in the front window that says ‘EBT Cash Accepted here’. So it was just him trying to be difficult. I hope that he won’t be a problem for too long as I enjoy this store and it’s so close to my place. But he was the worst and a horrible example of customer service or even just human decency -he fails at both badly.

Small, a little stuffy inside, but the customer service is great.
