I’ve been coming to this shop for a while, and I can honestly say it’s completely different now. Before, the hours were inconsistent and the experience wasn’t great. Since the new owner took over, everything has improved. The store is clean, organized, and they actually open on time. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Edit: I came back after a couple years for some pipe tobacco and, yet again, I got upcharged. $20 for American Spirit tobacco that costs $15. Not a big deal, maybe it's just the markup so they can make more profit but I always walk out of here with the feeling that I got fleeced. Tobacco Gifts on 10th and Washington is much better in my experience. Just go there if you have time. Old review: "Just go somewhere else this place is trash Horrible service and they will overcharge you if they feel like it also seems like the perfect place to be set up so just avoid this place"

Not open when hours said it would be open. Stop playing with my time.

Always closes store with 20 minute brb sign . However they are gone for more than 20 mins . Very unprofessional
