I believe businesses have a responsibility to consider the impact their products have on the community. Laguna Smokes may be operating legally, but that does not mean the products they sell are beneficial for society. Tobacco products are highly addictive and are known to be linked to serious health problems, including cancer, heart disease, and other life-threatening conditions. These products can take people’s hard-earned money while creating a dependency that can be extremely difficult to overcome. While people have the legal right to make their own choices, I personally do not believe a store focused on selling addictive tobacco products is something our district needs. Our community should support businesses that improve people’s health, well-being, and quality of life rather than products that can cause long-term harm.

I've come in to buy incense a few times earlier in the day when this one particular clerk/cashier was usually working. I came in during the evening a couple of times and the first time the clerk who was working welcomed me in, was kind and polite. The second time I came in, just this evening, the same clerk welcomed me in with a warm hello again, but then after a Caucasian customer walked in and was behind me, he flipped the script and started acting brand new. The way he started speaking to me was rude and abrupt. When I handed him my money he wouldn't take it from my hand I had to set it on the counter. He couldn't put my change in my hand, he had to set it on the counter. I hadn't eaten all day and had lots on my mind and turned away almost forgetting the incense, also because his energy low-key affected me. So he then said Take It! In a very rude and belittling, and disrespectful way.

I have had nothing but wonderful service since I've been a customer. The only thing is your selection of tubes. Premier is okay but there are many other brands that are far superior. Gambler, Tube Cut and Zen are a few. Zen is my favorite.

I'm sitting in front of this smoke shop at 8:30am am waiting for someone to unlock the doors. This is the third time so far that I've come during posted open hours that I've had to wait. I come here because it's supposedly open at 8:30 and is close to my work. The opening staff is consistently late opening and i end up being late to work. If you need something from here i suggest waiting until at least 9 or just going somewhere else like I'm about to.

Laguna smoke shop is a small store with a large amount of good products. They had the replacement glass for my dab pipe. It was cheap and we'll made glass. The employee helped a lot. Thanks.
