I had to post a review cause this owner does value a good customer and has been working on our relationship since we first met not only that but gives great discounts if u open your mouth & ask. He’s older tho he’s nice and super sweet to my husband and me calls me scareface because he’s just cool like that and I have a beautiful in eyebrow scar above my eyebrow that was once a scar but I made it look like a masterpiece and still do

Hella overpriced, inconsistent prices. Price items like they are in vending machines. You never know how much something is going to cost depending on who is at the counter.

The owner of this establishment is extremely money hungry & he does not value good customer relationships. I have been giving him my business for years, but sadly, I am not gonna continue going here and I just want everyone to know that this establishment is not the only smoke shop in the Bay Area. There’s plenty of other smoke shops that are gonna value you as a customer.
