Went to day 4/30/2022. I bought a pipe, and then went to that is 5 mins away. I tried to fill it with water but there is a little whole on the base. It is a defective pipe. I went back to the store and show the pipe (very hard to see the whole since it little). The guy there said they do not do exchange or returns. My partner and I tried to explain that the pipe was defective, but the guy started to talk Aggressively. Nothing he can do he said, that we need to come back Monday to talk with the owner but he mentioned that the owner will said the same. No returns not exchanges. Even if the pipe if defective. I will not come back and I will not recommend to get any pipe in this place

So far in my experience these people have bad attitude and bad customer service. I tried contacting the owner via email and never got a response (what a surprise!). Then I called in the store and talked to an employee who said Eddie, the owner, was not around and she didn't know when he'd be in. She said she could take my number and have him call me back. Great. I gave her my number and asked her to repeat it back. She got it completely wrong beginning with area code. When I said that, she then handed me off to another girl. Just like that, without saying a word. No explanation or apology. Just giggling. When this second person asked what I needed I said no I would rather speak to the owner. Again I was given the runaround about him not ever being around. She said she would pass my message along. At this point I was tired of these immature games by these two girls and declined to give my number. I said I didn't trust they would pass this along. Then she said fine, have a good day! It was pretty clear she enjoyed not being helpful and being rude. Congratulations Eddie! You have two immature employees who run your business like a game while you're apparently never there. Maybe answer your business email and make it easier for customers to contact you, so people can speak directly instead of publicly.

Best smoke shop so far in the northeast Pasadena area. Prices are fair and cheaper than most others in the same area which aren't many. They stock real cigars and also have a nice selection of kratom. The prices make the extra trip worth it. For now this is my go-to smoke shop in Pasadena.

just came here today for the first time. i was hesitant but glad i went. they have great prices for their products not over priced at all. coming back thank you

I usually come here to buy Grabba leaf. On the packaging, highlighted in a big green star it says $3!! The past few times I came here they tried to charge me $7 for it. I would then point out that the packaging says $3, and they would reluctantly sell it to me for $3. This time I came, and theyve now put $7 stickers over the 3$ label printed on the packaging. When I brought it up, they acted super sus and wouldn’t sell it for the 3$ that it’s meant to be sold for. Not a huge deal I guess, just make sure to check your prices. Definitely my last time buying from Captain Tobacco 👨🏾‍✈️
