Visiting from Australia, we were greeted by Oz. A proud member of the family run cigar business. Oz explained the family history and origin story of the brand, showed us the huge walk in humidor and cut and lit our chosen ‘Taco’ blend of their Dominican leaf. Nice open lounge areas with cigar memorabilia adorned the walls. Self serve coffee and TVs on with other Patrons arriving made for a great introduction to the Sac (Sacramento), Cigar experience. This is a great place to relax and puff 1 of the great cigars that are their brands! Different sizes a beautiful aromas! Very good ventilation ang more than comfortable seating!

Been going to Hatuey on and off for years! I stopped in there this past Friday and purchased two cigars to smoke with my friend who was visiting from out of town. I paid and left. I got to the venue to smoke and when I pulled them out of the wrapper, they literally fell apart! I was so embarrassed to present these to my friend. The next morning I brought them back since his hotel was near the store. Some big guy was working and refused to refund my money. Not even 24 hours had passed. He only offered to replace them. I explained that my friend had left for the airport and I no longer needed the cigars. He was rude and loud talked me, continuing to refuse my refund. I calmly told him that I would dispute the charges. Why on earth would I take replacement cigars from the same batch in a humidor that clearly isn’t maintaining the appropriate moisture. I sure miss Maria! She would never disrespect customers and that humidor would be maintained properly!
