What an amazing place!🤩 From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Jazz is an incredible host who creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and at home. The lounge is beautiful—every detail has clearly been chosen with care and great taste. The lighting, the music, the artwork, the statues, and the overall design create a cozy and relaxing environment. I found myself wanting to look at every painting and every decorative piece. The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I had never smoked a cigar before in my life, so this was my very first experience. Jazz patiently showed me how to enjoy a cigar instead of simply smoking it. He recommended a very mild cigar with a pleasant flavor, and I finally understood why people appreciate premium cigars. Whether you’re an experienced cigar lover or a complete beginner like I was, this is a place where you’ll feel welcome. I had a wonderful evening and can’t wait to come back!🥰

I recently visited Steampunk Cigar Co. with a friend, and we had an outstanding experience. The atmosphere is unlike your typical cigar lounge. It’s intimate, well thought out, relaxing, and feels more like a private club than a traditional cigar lounge. Before going, I noticed the 4.2-star rating and some of the negative reviews. After visiting, I honestly think many of those complaints come from people who didn’t realize this isn’t a walk-in style lounge. Space is intentionally limited, reservations are required, and members understandably receive priority. That’s part of what makes the experience so enjoyable once you’re there. If you’re planning a night out, take a minute to read the policies and make a reservation. Don’t let the rating discourage you. A little planning is well worth it. The staff was welcoming, the cigars were excellent, and the entire experience felt elevated from start to finish. If you’re looking for something beyond the typical cigar lounge, this place is absolutely worth the wait. I’ll definitely be back.

The proprietor was kind enough to let me in and he didn't have to do that. I found the place via web search. The interior is upscale and a great place for a smoke. I smoke pipe and the proprietor shared a blend he made with me. All around a great place. Thank you for your kindness.

I had a very disappointing experience trying to visit Steampunk Cigar Co. for my husband's 50th birthday. I made a reservation request for February 28 but never received confirmation. In the days leading up to the reservation, I made multiple attempts to contact the business. The phone number listed on their website initially routed me to an unrelated number out of state. After being given the correct number by that person, I left a voicemail but never received a response. I also attempted to email ahead of time, but my message was returned as undeliverable. I even tried reaching out via Instagram, but messages are not accepted. Despite the lack of communication, we showed up at our scheduled time, and while the establishment appeared open, we were unable to gain entry. Weeks later, I received a “reservation confirmed” message, which only added to the confusion. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inaccessible. For a business that promotes a curated and elevated experience, the lack of basic communication and follow-through was disappointing. Fortunately, we found another lounge in the area that provided a much more seamless and enjoyable experience.

This place is not a walk in ,I rang the door bell someone met me at the door asked who I knew ?????He explained to me members only or you had to know a member??? I was disappointed since it was my birthday an I heard nothing but good things about this place . However being turned away before I even got through the door was disappointed none the less I will not return even if I was asked . Good luck staying open..
