I could be fond of this place if it weren't for one of the employees trying to overcharge me. the shop has just about everything you can think of with incense tobacco and other stuff but the cashier (old white man with white hair) is a tad grumpy and kinda rude. Did this weird thing where the first time I went to buy cigarettes he charged me $12 but the second time he tried charging me $23 for one pack of cigarette

We paid $91 for lunch for three, with no alcohol and without a tip. It was extremely overpriced, for items we could cook at home. We got a baked potato that was not exciting, and the green beans I could easily make at home. It also took over 25 minutes to bring our food. There were screaming, crying babies, with the parents not even caring, making the ambience more of a zoo.

Grumpy rude old man working behind the counter! He watched me the entire time & asked what I wanted. I told him I'm jus looking around and I heard him mumbling comments while looking at me. I felt uninvited so I walked out, I guess he was upset I didn't buy anything & started mumbling more words towards me again.... awful.

This is great little smoke and accessories store. Sammy did a great job assisting me. They have Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes and much more. Parking is free and it’s near Cleveland Ave as well. They maybe a little on the expensive side but the store is clean, organized and has a decent pipe/vape inventory in the back.

They have good selection of lighters, as in diff. shapes which are great to light my scented candles with as flame can go further out. Guy working there have always been nice to me. I buy a lot of their insurance. But, now the put them at floor level!! I have spinal prob.+ it's very painful to get down to that level...then try to get up again. It was SO MUCH BETTER when they sat the incense display ON TOP OF COUNTER!!! They say no room?? I suggest REARRANGING SOME THINGS. Do they need to display all the lighters on top counter??
