I had a pretty good experience shopping here. The store was clean and organized, and they had a decent selection of vaporizers and accessories to look through. The person helping me was friendly and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I also liked that the prices seemed reasonable compared to some other places I've checked out. Everything was explained clearly, and checkout was quick. Overall, it was a smooth visit and I’d probably come back again when I need something new. Nothing overly fancy, just a solid local shop with helpful service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Customer Service at Urban Glass Smoke Shop! I have to say, Urban Glass Smoke Shop gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a smoke shop. This is the only shop I’ve been to that actually took the time to walk me through the newest PAX model in detail and give me a full tutorial on how everything works. The owner personally explained the features, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to use everything before I left. He really knows his products, genuinely cares about his customers, and absolutely rocks! 🤘 Great products, great knowledge, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Urban Glass Smoke Shop. Support small businesses like this one—business owners who actually care about their customers and stand behind the products they sell. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely awesome shop for your local glass. Features local glass shops, none of that stuff from overseas factories. Gorgeous selection and the person running the shop is really friendly. Will come back soon!!!

Stopped in for the first time and Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They had ample stock and a great environment as well. Would recommend!

Bought a PAX PLUS, he showed me how to use and clean it. Gave really great advice on the product. Absolutely the best customer service. I was looking for a discreet dry herb vaporizer like the older PAX models. I don't like how big the new PAX flow is. They don't sell the older models on line. He still has plenty of new and various PAX models here. Great find and excellent service.
