This is the worst experience I and my wife had in this San Francisco store. The man was rude and arrogant. He was not helpful when we asked a question. He was so much worse than the soup nazi on Seinfeld. My wife asked a question about buying water and the clerk ignored her. We want to buy the pizza special but he would not give it to us. He was angry and said we had to sign up. Yet when asked would not address our questions or help us. He would not even sell us another pizza slice at the full price. He kept saying. No deal for you. No pizza for you. Good by. Now I see that 7-11 in their responses are saying the same thing. Give us more information. I think it is the brush off. Why can’t 7-11 management just check out the store on their own. The reviews are pretty bad. Yet this corporate management wants the customers to clean up their mess. 7-11, you know the issues, you know the store, how about hiring people who care.

It can take 45 to 60 minutes for an order to be ready, and when you ask the staff when the order will be ready, they just walk out and tell you that the order is not ready right now.

I, too visited this location at 6am and it was locked with no note and a crowd developing outside.

Online this 7-eleven was listed as open. I arrived at 2:00 a.m. and they were in fact, closed. As evidenced by my pictures. The sign in the window says that they are closed until 7:00 a.m., each and every 7-eleven in the city limits of San Francisco said open this night but one by one I would arrive and find them closed. I even made sure to double check hours on the official 7-eleven website not just Google hours.
