up until today I frequented this shop often because I lived close. when I walked in, their system was down so I had to pull out cash. the guy behind the counter had no clue how much anything cost and charged me 1.5x price even though I ate the transaction fee on the atm already. never go here. take your business to california tobacco across the stret

Location was great. Was able to walk to it. Items there can be a little pricey and you can also find some good deals there. It depends on what you are looking for. I was provided w/good customer service both times l was there. There are restaurants, banks, and other businesses nearby to check out as well.

Bought a lighter which did not work once I returned home. Tried to return it 2 days later. Did not offer to exchange it. They adjusted it and against my protests to the contrary refused to refund my money. When I returned home it didn't work. Calling my bank now to find out what dispute options are. Clerk and owner were both rude. My impression is they could care less about their customers. I will never shop there again. Any merchant who refuses to accept return of defective merchandise has no integrity.

Staff was helpful and the store has a great selection of items. The prices are great I bought 2 nice items and spent less then $100.
