I went to purple star off of a Reddit post, giving me the recommendation and they couldn’t have been any more right. Purple star was absolutely amazing and everyone inside was so helpful. Leila who took care of me let me know of all of the specials they had that pertain to what I was looking for and I walked out with exactly everything that I needed for such a great price. Definitely going to keep this spot as my official spot when I go visit San Francisco.

What a delightful surprise this store was! I mean, truly :) First off - awesome location, I was lucky to find some parking right out front (ok it might've been bc it was Easter but still). The security up front was friendly and welcoming rather than the stern faces you will encounter at other shops. But this review is really all about my budtender - Keith. I mean, whoa. This dude knows what's up. Keith was incredibly kind, super knowledgeable and even explained some chemistry and scientific stuff so that I could make an informed decision on what to buy since it was my first time there. It is absolutely apparent that he genuinely cares about this stuff and wanting to provide super rad customer service. The store was mad busy when I went in and he still took the time to be super thorough, funny, and just made that experience really wonderful. You know imma be going back more often. Even the dude who was filling orders next to him was also super chill vibes. Thank you for all your help, Keith!!! You da best!

Today was my first time here. They have lots of good choices. Make sure to sign up for the loyalty program, you get 2 free food prerolls. I’ll definitely be coming back. Everyone was really friendly and service was quick

Came here last night after a friend recommended. On god the best customer service I’ve received. Jaden(pardon if i butcher the spelling) was so helpful and made buying stuff so easy, it really made me go “aight this be my permanent store from now”, Not to mention everyone in that store got like the most welcoming vibe. 10/10 would recommend
