Purchased a "Maven" (never heard of this brand before) torch for around $12 total. Previously purchased a torch from Cloudz smoke shop off Monterey which lasted little over 6 months and used it exactly the same. Went back the following day to see if could get a lower-cost replacement because I just needed a torch that actually spit out a strong flame but was told there were no replacements as instructed by the manager/owner, an employee had told me. Been a longtime customer as I live half a mile away from this shop but they've lost a lifelong customer as I refuse to go to a smoke shop that chooses to not compensate for selling crappy products. Will be driving the extra mile to shop at S-F Smoke Shop now despite the inconvenience however have had many better customer service experiences with them compared to this sad excuse of a smoke shop.

I'm sure this location has everything you're looking for and more. The owner and the people working here are super nice and accommodating. It's well stocked, with so much variety and good prices on everything.

Definitely stepping their game up. Been going here for a while and usually get a good experience, but would of course get the special few. Now customer service is improving a lot. My dude Abel started like a few weeks ago and has been helping me out amazingly every time i see him.

I came here on a Saturday night because Google said hr were till 10pm So did hrs on the door. When I parked at 9:44pm the worker just was shuting door. Little diid I know he was locking it for the night. He watched me pull on the door, I make a motion to my watch, he continue to ignore me and never even looked at me again. If you want to close at 9:30pm and not 10pm. Then quiet wasting peoples time. There loss just went a few extra miles and spent my $456.68 at Monster's of rock instead

Awesome store, had the Rick and Morty stuff I was looking for. Gift for my brother, he's gonna be stoked. Friendly staff, took the time to show me everything I asked about. Would definitely recommend.
