Awful awful customer service. Been coming here for a little over a year. Usually everything fine. Went in a week and a half ago only had one of The coils i needed told me they would be getting more in the next day 2 days later I went in and they had none, then I called in 4 days later to see if they got any in test and the guy(Sean) told me he only has 3 not even a full pack- i asked so What do you only order a Couple packs he said no we order a lot. I said how Is that possible when you had none 4 days ago. He kept saying “Mam” I don't know what to tell You. Then he says they were probably on another Hook. He was loud, rude and condescending.

Bought a "$65, 1 liter nitrous oxide bottle" . This was false. It's filled with a propellant. There is no Nitrous Oxide in the bottle. It's hazardous, do not purchase from this shop. It's not real nitrous. This could be potentially dangerous. No NO2 in the bottle. Nitrous Oxide has a sweet taste to it. This just taste like almost stagnant air. Very low quality.

Been to two of their locations and am always greeted when I enter by a friendly staff member who is willing to take their time with me if I have questions while still taking care of anyone who comes in to purchase. Definitely recommend!

Very helpful staff and really well stocked. They had every random item I asked for that's kinda hard to find like vaporizer batteries, etc. And a good selection of pipes ect
