Walked into the shop as it was on my way home. I have been very loyal to a competitor at the other end of town so it was a grab and go just this one time. James was quick to help me out with my needs and was very knowledgeable on his products. Plus the guy was nice as I had a sense I was family walking in which is uncommon these days. Price wise was fair but not as good as the competitor but the bonus was the rewards card I received for future purchases which like any store program, the more you buy the more you save. It seems like my life is trying to find the perfect vape Store. I feel it's price, quality customer service and of course, are returns a possibility.. Do they working with you. I was out there in Simi from Calabasas and I just happened to glance over, see it, That young man who helped me,I can't remember his name was so sweet. super patient and very observant. He made me feel like I was an important customer. You know, like it really mattered , liztened to what I had to say. And he was able to hook me up with just when I needed and at the best price I've ever had. he also added that if something went wrong with my purchase, of course they would work with me to replace or see if they could fix. I was I was so astonished. I could hardly believe it. All the ,'experts ' out there have given me the wrong atomizers. Still,!!!! it is ridiculous, and when something happensed to my $$$$ vape. I come in 2 days later and they have done nothing for me. And I had spent thousands there. I mean, really? So this is a fin you guys.Meeting people like that in businesses is rare, and so I wanted to post this so you'll have a.goid quality pace to go to as well. Just Payin" it forward. Peace.

Great place. They are very polite helpful and knowledgeable and will help you with questions you may have and help you make the right decision if need be. Owner is very nice person staff as well.

Their customer service is definitely better than most of the other smoke shops in the area but I bought a cutleaf pen and that made me feel irritation in my eyes. I called the store and after a back and forth they agreed to exchange for a total different pen. This new pen doesn’t do anything I feel no affects and I’m not a crazy smoker. I smoke like 3 times a week to sleep. I wouldn’t ever come back.

I have been coming here for years and have always been happy...but today I came in and a young lady with glasses helped me, she was so rude, you could tell that she could care less, she barely helped and rolled her eyes at every turn. I was just looking for a juice and the experience was so bad I will probably never come back and will no longer recommend this place to anyone...it's a shame this used to be a great place. This is my second encounter with this lady who worked there and both encounters were extremely negative, I figured maybe the first time she was having a bad day but I guess not.
