The customer service here is terrible. I bought a flume vape on 7/8/22 and I told them that it tasted burnt but they said because it was working they can't refund me. Now it is Monday 7/11/22and the vape won't turn off and it feels like it is burning a hole in my pocket so I take it out juice spilling from the top and bottom with the device still hissing and bring it to the shop and they still say they can not refund me for the faulty product they sold. The device looked, sounded and felt like it was going to explode in my hand and the store owner told me with a straight face there was nothing he could do. Most legitimate and reputable business will stand by there products and offer a refund of replacement but not here at MP smoke shop! Now the owner responded to my comment trying to save himself and his shady business some face. He asked if I left it in the Sun and I told him no as this is clearly not my first vape and I know how to take care of my things. The light would not go off and I showed him it in the store. Why would I say it's perfect it's not some high end material it's the principal of backing the products you sell and not lying about your customers. I would advise nobody to go to a business where the owner lies and can not take accountability for his own products.

If I could give him a negative number I would!! The owner is a classless rude little man with no empathy for others!! He doesn’t deserve your business!!!
