This smoke shop has a great variety of items you might need, including vapes, pipes, e-cigarettes, drinks, and more. The selection is good and the prices are very reasonable compared to other smoke shops in the area. Eddy, one of the staff members, is especially kind, patient, and helpful. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure customers feel comfortable. Instead of pushing you to buy something, he focuses on helping you and making sure you leave the store feeling good about your visit. Overall, it’s a friendly place with fair prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

W&T is a fantastic smoke shop, and as of now, My opinion is that it's the best in Sunnyvale, totally reasonable, courteous, proper amenities, proper atmosphere. Eddie is fantastic, if you meet Eddie when you visit. The prices are completely reasonable, and you can certainly negotiate, also their reward program is generous. Vapes, smokes, rolls, it's all covered

They should go back to being just a smoke shop now it's like half a smoke shop and half Sephora where the CBD section used to be now the whole counter and display is eyeshadows it's like I'm there to buy marijuana /vape accessories it's like I understand you guys have female customers and employees as well 🤦🏼‍♂️😑 but they're stores for that already and the last time I called I asked one of the employees over the phone if they sold any ash catchers or reclaimers (his Response )( what is that ?.......... It's like how do you work for a smoke shop and don't know what an ash catcher or a reclaimer is........🤦🏼‍♂️ If the w&t vape owner sees this comment is there a way can I apply to work there I know my bong and oil dab rig parts and accessories I just feel bad sometimes that from Reading other comments I just feel bad for those customers that they're not getting what they deserve or the customer service they deserve and the knowledge for bong and dab rig parts and accessories Thank you have a blessed day 🙏🏼

They used to be my favorite. But now they list flavors but don't have them in stock, my last 2 orders for delivery disappeared from their system, & now they only have delivery drivers at random. Very disappointing As to the response I got... recent experience??? That was SIX MONTHS ago, bud. Too late, I've already found another shop I like better. And it's closer, so I can go myself. On a side note, the last time I got a delivery from your shop, the driver offered to sell me weed, too. Tacky. Clean it up!

They have a lot of samples for you to try, and they often change new flavors. They also have disposable mouthpieces, so you can avoid buying flavors you don't like. I highly recommend this store to everyone.
