The woman who opens the store in the morning has a terrible attitude. I come into the store often and spend about 100 dollars or more in a week. I came in to get a product i normally get and she decided to over charge me 4 dollars. I corrected her on the price and she refused to clear up the error. If this was my first time coming in I wouldn’t mind. However I come in all the time and have a deal worked out with the owner. He has confirmed this with her on the phone previously as well multiple times. I attempted to reach out to the owner to file a complaint on her as well but he refused to give his contact information. As a small business owner myself I know that customer service is key in any business you have. She’s going to cost him lots of money because everyone is not going to put up with that terrible attitude. Save yourself from the experience of dealing with the older lady who works mornings if you do visit the store. There’s other smoke shops in town that value your business much more and are friendly.

The owner is very professional, his brother is very kind, and most David's workers have good conversation. Overall top rating for a smoke shop.

This is one of the only smoke shops I go to and I've always had only the best customer service never once could I complain about this shop.

Best place in town .David and the staff are so friendly and always stocked well If he doesn't have it he will make every effort to get it for you 5 Stars !!!

we used to love this store but will be finding a new place to buy our tobacco since the new owners insist on putting meth pipes right next to the register on display like they are proud of them
