Such a horrible experience. I got charged 15 bucks for a pair of plastic gauges. I got ripped off. I returned them same day and with a receipt in hand, he only gave me ten back and after spitting on the floor😒 let have the gauges back so it’s like I paid 5 still an uncomfortable situation and super unprofessional. So don’t go there unless u wanna have a the worst experience ever

bad attitude, like a child if he doesn't get his way. one day, the clerk lost count of the change I gave him and asked me how much I gave him. I told him $7. He did not agree with me, when I told him that he made a mistake, oh boy! He went from hello my friend to screaming at me from the top of his lungs like I've never been screamed at before! wouldn't let me say a word edgewise. Every time I open my mouth to speak he screamed even louder! These days, I walk right past his shop, continue walking on to the next one, because I did not deserve to be treated that way and refuse to accept that kind of treatment from anybody.

Bought a piece from this shop on 12/27 as i was heading out of town. when i bought it i did not know the beaker had a needle sized hole in the bottom of it, it continuously leaked. went back to his shop 4 days later when we got back in town, he makes up a return/no refund policy that isnt on the receipt or on the walls. shame, it is a really nice store and im sure he didnt know the glass was damaged, but the no refund/no return after “24 hours” policy is laughable.
