Bought a SMOK MICO pod vape today guy behind the counter was very informative of all the different types of products. And recommended a few different choices.really enjoyed the knowledge and professionalism.

Bad service, brought a vape on Friday and Saturday it quit working, clearly at 98% left and 100% charged, was told to come back on Monday to speak with the manager, well that was a joke no manager and the manager only comes once a month and he will not refund my money back or even offered me a new one. Very rude about it and I showed him proof. They can’t handle the truth. Very disrespectful and I’m from a different state and chose them to hopefully get a good vape😕

The owner was rude purchased a product that was only working for a week he seen that he doesn’t work instead of exchanging he try’s to sell me another one and puts the one I tried returning back in display for someone else to buy

Kick it back later and we all good... That's how you run a business****! there are 3 similar smoke shops on lander alone but they make that difference,in personable customer service! Thanks guys!
