Customer service here is non-existent. The clerk is usually more interested in watching tv or talking on the phone then interacting with customers. If they’re out front on a “smoke break” they’ll tell you to come back later because they’re too busy to check you out. Find somewhere else to buy your tobacco products. This place sucks.

If it wasn’t for the second guy I did business with they would have zero stars. Completely unprofessional and defensive business from one of the men behind the counter. No communication between the ones who run this place. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get a replacement/refund and yet only one of them is able to assist me? Make it make sense.

My experience here was quite horrible! The woman working the store has no customer service skills at all! She was on the phone the entire time I was there. I was never greeted, just stared at until I asked for assistance. Halfway thru helping me she just walked away and went behind the counter talking on the phone. It was obvious her phone call meant more than the customers in the store. This place is also waaaay over priced! $19 for a vape pen battery that i normally pay $8 for at other shops. I will never return here

Lots of glass and Gifts available here. If you're looking for something for a loved one or for yourself this is the place to go. They carry custom peace offeringz pipe bags, clothes, Zippo lighters, plenty of tobacco and glass products as well. The owners are very friendly and sociable. Must see.
