Great Selection of Cigars and very reasonable prices. Everyone is friendly.

Great experience. I went in to get a few cigars for a family party and the guy who was there was friendly and helpful. Gave us some info on the cigars we’re buying and gave us honest options on them as well. Will come back for sure.

This new smoke shop opened right across the street from my office and I just love it! There are countless varieties in the e-vape flavors and brands and the shop is very tidy and clean. Mike is such a welcoming presence and has the patience of a saint as I stand reading each flavor option before making my selections.

I write for a cannabis blog, so im naturally going into about 3-4 smoke shops on a weekly basis, and it takes a lot to impress me. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Alex at Newport Smoke and Cigar, and I can confidently say that his expertise in bongs, torches, and dabbing accessories is unparalleled. From the moment I walked in, Alex's knowledge and passion for these products were evident. Alex patiently walked me through the store's impressive selection of bongs, explaining the features and differences between each one. His recommendations were tailored to my preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect piece for my needs. Moreover, he provided valuable insights into maintenance and usage tips, ensuring that I could enjoy my purchase to the fullest. When it came to torches and dabbing accessories, Alex's guidance was invaluable. He helped me choose a high-quality torch that suited my dabbing setup perfectly, and he also introduced me to a range of accessories that enhanced my experience. Not only was Alex incredibly knowledgeable, but his friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. He took the time to understand my requirements and preferences, ensuring that I left the store with products that exceeded my expectations. If you're in the market for bongs, torches, dab rigs, or any related accessories, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Newport Smoke and Cigar and asking for Alex. His expertise and excellent customer service will undoubtedly enhance your shopping experience. Five stars are well-deserved for his outstanding assistance! I completely understand your concern. It's unfortunate that many smoke shops lack knowledgeable staff and offer subpar products, leading to frustrating experiences and potential safety hazards for customers. Quality and safety should always be a priority, especially when it comes to products like bongs, torches, and dabbing accessories. Finding a shop like Newport Smoke and Cigar, where knowledgeable and passionate staff like Alex provide expert guidance, can make a world of difference. It's essential to have professionals who understand the products, their nuances, and can help customers make informed decisions. By prioritizing shops that invest in knowledgeable staff and high-quality products, customers can ensure a safer and more enjoyable experience. It's crucial to spread the word about establishments like Newport Smoke and Cigar, where customers can confidently find the right products without compromising on quality or safety. Your positive experiences can encourage others to seek out shops that prioritize expertise and customer satisfaction.
