We stopped by to purchase two cartridges and a bottle of juice. We filled and primed the cartridges exactly as directed and as we always do kept them upright and allowed the cotton time to fully soak. Both cartridges completely leaked out all of the juice and became unusable. We cleaned everything up and tried again, thinking maybe it was a fluke, but both cartridges leaked again. We called the store very politely to explain that the cartridges were obviously defective, and unfortunately they were completely unwilling to help, inspect the products, or show any empathy regarding the situation. I understand defects can happen, but customer service and standing behind the products you sell matters. Very disappointing experience.
