I purchased a glass bong here on yesterday Monday 7/29/2024 with the employee named zack. I was super happy with the purchase until I arrived home and noticed that the bong kept leaking water, I initially thought I spilled some but come to find out the was a small crack on the bottom of the glass that had been sold to me the same day. After realizing the bong was broken/defective I returned the NEXT DAY 7/30 TODAY and let the same employee zack, know that the glass sold to me was broken and leaking when being used. He put a paper towel under and waited to see if it would leak, sure enough it did but I was told there are no refunds or exchanges only discounts toward the next purchase?? Why would I spend more money at at business that clearly sells you bad quality goods makes no sense. Anyway he asked me If I had an additional $10 and that I could leave the broken bong $40 and take one that was priced at $35 so essentially I would be coming out of pocket an extra $10 and not only that I would be getting an even cheaper bong than I originally paid for. In the end I could not exchange or get a refund only spend more $ for a cheaper glass. Not a good and honest business ..Would not return or recommended others after this experience

Absolute rip off in here. Charging triple the price for some of the wraps in there, was sellling a 2pack of wraps for the same price as a 5 pack anywhere else

Guy told me that the vape i wanted (smok) was obsolete and that i needed to buy this $100 geekvape rig. Place is a giant lie, all they want to do is rip you off. This place needs to be shut down. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Was looking for a new smoke shop in Tustin and very glad I found this place! Zack was super friendly and went above and beyond. Can’t say the same about AR smoke or the one I tried before this one. I’ll definitely be back as they actually appreciate the business!! Thanks Zack, nice meeting you!
